Health, Safety and Wellbeing
Anglian Water Services and Anglian Venture Holdings businesses have Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policies, supported by ISO 45001 certified H&S Management Systems.
Health and Safety is also covered the Anglian Water Group code of conduct.
Human Rights and Modern Slavery
Anglian Water Group Human Rights Policy sets out our position with respect to human rights and modern slavery and sits alongside our suite of people policies, Health and Safety Policy and Code of Conduct. It draws upon the International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Labour Rights
Labour rights issues including discipline, freedom of association and employee representation, working hours, equality of treatment, employee terms and remuneration are covered within our Anglian Water Group Human Rights Policy.
As set out in our Anglian Water Group Human Rights Policy, all permanent employees are paid at a rate that is at least equivalent to the Living Wage.

Anglian Water has an established Quality Management System(QMS) which is externally assessed and certificated by a third party for compliance with International Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015. See: Management Systems

Through our Supply Chain Code of Conduct, we welcome interest from social enterprises who can deliver our supply chain needs whilst also delivering positive outcomes for society.
